OUR STORY

Gelato Gusto was set up by BAFTA Award winning producer/ director Jon Adams after deciding to quit the daily commute between Hove and London's King's Cross to spend more time by the sea and make his dream of becoming an artisan gelato producer a reality. After training at the University of Gelato in Bologna, Italy, he opened his first Gelateria in Brighton's North Laine in 2012.

As the business continued to grow, Gelato Gusto opened their second Gelateria on Brighton's seafront next door to the Brighton i360 in 2019.

​

At the beginning of 2023 Gelato Gusto moved to the countryside to set up a dedicated production kitchen.

 

Although Gelato Gusto is no longer connected

with the retail outlets in Brighton,

we are still growing & expanding into the

wholesale, festival and events market.
