Gelato is a milk-based product. Unlike ice cream which is much higher in butterfat and stored at -18℃, gelato is made daily in small batches at the shop using less fat, and 50% less air than ice cream and is served at -15℃. The result is a fresh, rich, creamier and softer product where the natural ingredients and flavours shine through.
We offer over 20 constantly changing flavours ranging from Sea Salt Caramel, Dark Ecuadorian Chocolate, Blueberry, Banoffee Pie to Syrup Sponge Pudding and Jaffa Cake. Every week we introduce new guest flavours.
